All rates are in US dollars; reservation will be confirmed after a 50% deposit.
Check-in is 4:00pm; check-out is 10:00am
Fee for off-street parking may apply at some locations.
Pets are not allowed.
No smoking except in designated areas. Ashtrays and smoking area with seats are at front or side patios.
Recommend use of phone cards for long distance calls. Fee applys if charged to room.
Units are self catered: food, and housekeeping are not provided (available for a fee). Separate towels are provided for pool.
Hosts/concierge are available. Ask if you need anything: shuttle, directions, towels, games, etc
Sundries:
- Videos are available for a nominal fee.
- Laundry supplies, toiletries may be available from host on a cost recovery basis.
- Discount tour tickets may be available from concierge on a cost recovery basis.
For departure generally(check out is 10:00 am):
- Place all garbage in containers
- Clean and put away all kitchen dishes, utensils, etc
- Remove sheets and pillowcases at end of stay and leave in room with towels
